What you will do
- Prepare ingredients, mise en place and keep the workstation clean throughout service.
- Cook dishes from the regular menu and lunch menu to the restaurant standard.
- Coordinate with pizza, floor service and bar during busy periods and food pickup.
- Follow hygiene, storage, order and everyday kitchen discipline.
What we value
- Kitchen or pizzeria experience is helpful, but reliability is the most important point.
- Ability to work at pace and communicate clearly during service.
- Willingness to learn restaurant procedures and keep quality steady when service gets busy.
